In August of 2003, entrepreneurs Matt Phakousonh
and Kelly Goon officially launched InDream Corporation.
In October 2003, the company is currently in the
process of launching it's third partnered business.
The company is in pace to partner and launch new
sites every month. InDream plans on launching
over 10 sites in the year 2004.

InDream is a privately held company. Investors
include the Venture Partners and InDream Corporation.

InDream's corporate headquarter is in Irvine,
California. However, because most of InDream ventures
are online businesses you can be anywhere in the
world and partner with InDream. The Internet fosters
an open collaborative process of communication,
information sharing and ideas between InDream
and their partners.

4. What's the difference between InDream
Corporation and an InDreamTeam company?
InDream Corporation itself employs a supporting
team to develop and approve ideas for companies
and provide guidance to start up companies. InDreamTeam
are operating companies that are developed from
ideas created and funded by InDream Corporation.
They are legally separate entities managed by
independent teams of executives who report to
their respective boards of directors. Employees
of InDreamTeam companies are compensated by the
operating company itself (not by In Dream Corporation),
and typically hold stock options in the particular
company, and receive that company's benefits.

5. What resources does InDream provide to
their businesses?
In addition to capital, InDream provides a full
range of resources to infuse start-ups with the
support they need to rapidly introduce products
and services online. Resources include marketing,
competitive research, legal, accounting and business
development support and services. In addition,
InDream provides advice on strategy, branding
and corporate structure.

online business. Can I submit my idea to InDream?
At this time, InDream is accepting outside business
proposals for review. Please submit fill out a
new business form proposal on our website. Note
we have many proposals and it may take weeks until
we get back to you.
